SWARM
MIND.
Every fly. Every local encounter.
A shared field, unfolding.
CHANGE THE WALLS. WATCH THE REROUTE.
Up to 512 agents navigate a changing maze. Inspect a route, track completion times and reshape the map.
TWO COLONIES. ONE SHARED FOOD SUPPLY.
Green versus orange. Competing strategies, live scores and same-seed rematches.
FOUR STRATEGIES.
FIVE SEEDS. ONE FAIR TEST.
No Leader, nearest patch, richest patch and rotating targets compete across the same five seeds. Each gets 128 flies, 60 simulated seconds and the same food. Leaders have the same 12-action budget. Rotating targets cycles between available food patches; it does not assign individual flies.
Runs separately from your live colony, in a background worker.

SHOW EVERY SEED
These are fixed candidate policies, not learned mutations. Five seeds are a limited benchmark. Results are local and do not prove general superiority. Replay resets the visible colony; interventions end the replay.
GIVE THE COLONY A GOAL.
128 flies. A fixed starting seed. A deadline measured in simulation time. Pausing stops the clock. Starting a mission resets this page’s colony.
Choose an objective. Scarcity begins with only one food patch.
Operator interventions and Leader help mark a run as assisted. Results are local, not independently verified or onchain.
MORE FLIES. MORE WAYS TO INTERVENE.
Scale to 1,024 agents, introduce resources and change the signal environment. These are operator interventions; they do not establish learning or improved performance.

Optional coordinator. Reinforces routes to food, up to 12 actions.
A network view of simulated agents, not a biological neural network or evidence of consciousness. Lines connect flies within 80 field units. Moving highlights show activity along those proximity links; they do not represent measured messages.
Depth reflects energy. Color reflects behavior. Signal cues and the Leader affect the actual simulation. This page starts its own local colony; it is not synced with the homepage or running onchain.
